Requirements for Registration:
- domain name shall contain from 3 to 63 symbols;
- domain name can’t begin or end with a hyphen, and also can’t contain two hyphens one after another;
- domain name should be vacantж

Besides, domain name shall not be registered:

Canceling from delegating and deletion from the Register:
When the period of domain registration is terminating, there comes the blocking period and domain is canceling from delegation;
The given period lasts within one month upon expiration of which the domain is canceled from thee Register and can be registered any person.
Domains can’t be canceled from the Register at weekends and holidays and also in the first non-working day after working day.
