Procedure of domain registration in .RU and .SU zone:
1. Be convinced that the domain is free through Whois service;
2. Become our client, passing through simple registration, procedure you will get access to your own Control panel. Conclude a written contract if, if required;
3. Credit the required sum on a balance by any convenient way;
4. Send an application for domain registration at Control panel. We will send to your a notice on successful registration by e-mail;
5. Adjust DNS-servers. You can insert information about DNS-servers during filling in the application for domain registration. You can place the both DNS on DOMENUS servers.
If you want to use your DNS-servers, select “Specify servers on which primary and secondary DNS are allocated” and present the information about your servers. Data should include not less than two symbolic names of a server in various networks of C class and if the server name contains the name of the delegated domain, an IP-address of a server or a list of IP-addresses of the servers listed through the comma.
If you have inserted an information about DNS-servers during filling the registration form in, in case of successful domain registration DNS-servers will be automatically tested. In case of positive result of testing you will receive a message that testing has passed successfully and your domain has got status REGISTERED, DELEGATED.
If during filling the registration form in you have not inserted an information about DNS-servers, your domain will get status REGISTERED, NOT DELEGATED. To delegate a domain, it is required to fill in and send the corresponding form.

Restrictions for domain registration in .SU zone
A domain name shall contain from 3 to 63 symbols, starts and ends with a Latin alphabet letter or number. Intermediate symbols can be Latin letters, numbers or hyphen. A domain name can’t contain two hyphens one after another in the 3d and in the 4th positions.

A domain name shall contain from 2 to 63 symbols, starts and ends with a Latin alphabet letter or number. Intermediate symbols can be Latin letters, numbers or hyphen. A domain name can't contain two hyphens one after another in the 3d and in the 4th positions.
A domain shall not be registered if:
• A domain name is already used;
• A domain name is in the list of reserved names;
• Words conflicting with public interests, humanity and moral principals (in particular obscenities, non-humane appeals, either appeal offending humane dignity or religious feelings) used as a domain name.

§ 01. Change of information on domain Administrator
Change of contact data of the Administrator is made at the Control panel.
1. In the menu “Client’s information” select item “Change contact information”;
2. Make necessary changes;
3. Press “ОK”.
Changes of contact information in all domains will be altered within 24 hours.
Change of identification data:
• For legal entity. To change fields “English Name”, “Russian Name”, "TIN", "Industrial Enterprises Classifier”, “Legal address” is required to send to Joint-Stock Company "Registrator" an official letter on behalf of given organization. A letter should be on the blank of organization with its stamp. A copy of an extract from the Legal entity uniform State Register should be enclosed to the letter (not later than 3 months). If documents are filled by attorney it is required to enclose a copy of the power of attorney which have been given out by a person having the right to operate on behalf of a legal entity without the power of attorney. If the giving party does not have possibility to approach to the office personally documents should be assured notarially and sent to office of Joint-Stock Company "Registrator".
• For natural person. To change fields “English name, second name, surname”, “Russian name, second name, surname”, "Passport data", "Date of birth" it is required to send to Joint-Stock Company "Registrator" an official letter on behalf of a person, whose data should be changed. The signature of a person from which name the letter is made, should be certified by the official person of any organization. The letter should be on the blank of this organization and with its stamp. Also probably to legalize the signature notarially. It is required to enclose to the letter the copy of the document confirming change of data (the decision of the Registry Office authority or court). If changes are brought because of an error at registration of the person in the database, the copies of the corresponding pages of the passport should be enclosed to the letter.

§ 02. Prolongation of domain registration
Notices on necessity of service prolongation are sent to a domain Administrator e-mail two months prior to expiration date of service validity. Simultaneously with it the Administrator has a possibility to confirm the necessity of prolongation of service validity period at Control panel.
To prolong domain name registration it is required to place money to the personal account of the Client contract on which service is given. After transfer of money to the personal account do not forget make an application on domain prolongation using the Control panel, section "Applications".
At confirmation of necessity of the domain name prolongation there is debiting of monetary resources from an account of the contract.
In case of refusal of the domain registration prolongation in SU/RU zone the service ceases to be given after the termination of its action.
In case of non-extension of service of the domain name registration in zone SU/RU the Client has the priority to prolong its action on the next year within 30 days after service has ceased to be given. If within 30 days service is not prolonged, it is cancelled and can be rendered any person in accordance with general practice.
Standard procedure of DNS-servers testing is started at registration of a new domain in domain SU/RU and at automatic change of data in domain (in case of the list of servers in the arrived application is not empty).
Testing is implemented within four days each three hours before the first successful testing. Testing is considered to be successful if all DNS-servers listed in the application comply with requirements of item 4.5 of registration Regulations of domains in RU and SU domain and DNS-servers fields filling recommendations. After each failed testing attempt the corresponding automatic error message is sent to the contact address specified in the Contract (section “Registration information” at Control panel).
If within four days the zone was not tested, testing stops.
Thus:
• In case of a new domain registration there is no its delegating.
• In case of attempt of domain data change the list of DNS-servers is not replaced with the new. The domain remains delegated with the old list of DNS-servers.
The list of the DNS-servers which are in process of testing and the list of DNS-servers containing in the database, it is possible to view at the Control panel, section "Services", “DNS-servers”.
Sequence of DNS-servers testing:
In case of failed check of any point the error message is sent. (place an example of an error message of testing mistake).
• It is checked, whether the list of DNS-servers is empty.
• For each DNS-server specified in the list, the IP-address is found out:
nslookup name_server
For the DNS-servers which name contains the name of the delegated domain, IP-addresses got from the demand.
• It is checked, whether the specified name of a DNS-server is a synonym (CNAME).
• It is checked, whether the list of DNS-servers contains no less than two DNS-servers, situated in different networks of C class.
• • Each DNS-server specified in the application, from any of its IP-addresses SOA-record and the list of DNS-servers for the given domain are requested:
nslookup -q=any
>server IP-address_server
>name_domain
SOA-record and the list of DNS-servers for the domain should be received from all DNS-servers.
• There is a comparison of the SOA-records received from all DNS-servers. SOA-records on all DNS-servers should be identical (all parameter are compared, except serial).
• There is a comparison of DNS-servers lists for the domain received from all DNS-servers. Lists of DNS-servers for the domain should be identical.
Special procedure of DNS-servers testing:
It is used by the Administrator in case of need to check up working capacity of the DNS-servers specified in the database for the domain. Procedure is started manually for any domain. If the list of DNS-servers has ceased to correspond to requirements of item 4.5 of Regulations of domains registration in domain RU, domain delegating can be removed.
The sequence of testing is similar to standard procedure of testing.
In case of failed testing a letter with the notice about failed testing of DNS-servers and diagnostics of errors at testing is sent to mnt-nfy address specified in domain Administrator Contract The letter contains date of a possible suspension of delegating.
If the zone was not tested within four days, testing stops and a letter with a notice that the list of DNS-servers does not meet requirements of item 4.5 of Regulations is sent to mnt-nfy and e-mail address specified in the domain Administrator Contract, thus domain delegating is temporarily removed. In this case the domain will not be released and deleted from a database.
Domain delegating will be restored after reception of the order for change of the DNS-servers list and their successful testing (standard procedure).
Requirement to DNS-servers at domain delegating. Some recommendations about filling in of DNS-servers fields at entering to the database.
1. For the DNS-servers which name contains the name of the delegated domain required to specify the IP-address. For example:
domain: newtime.ru
dns-server: ns.newtime.ru 193.123.45.67
dns-server: ns3.newtime.ru
In this case the automatic system will inform about error as the server name ns3.newtime.ru contains the name of the delegated domain, and it is required to specify its IP-address.
2. The sequence in which DNS-servers are listed does not important since in the database they are entered in alphabetical order.
3. At least two of the listed DNS-servers should be located in different IP-networks (in various networks of C class in traditional terminology) and to have reliable connection to Internet. As “reliable connection” it is understood such at which total time of communication absence with the server does not exceed two hours a day. For example:
dns-server-1: ns.newtime.ru 193.123.45.67
dns-server-2: ns2.newtime.ru 193.123.45.68
In this case primary and secondary DNS-servers are in one network of C class, the automatic system will inform about error.
4. DNS-records about the given domain on all DNS-servers from the presented list should be identical (all parametres, except serial are compared).
5. The symbolical name of DNS-server cannot be shortened, i.e. completely coincide with a name of the registered domain, for example:
domain: test.ru
dns-server: test.ru 121.121.121.121
In a similar situation the automatic system will inform on impossibility of the given name use of DNS-server.
6. It is impossible to use CNAME-records for names definition of servers. At check of a zone working capacity these names are replaced with canonical, that leads to error messages.
§ 04. Canceling of the domain delegating for non-payment
If prolongation of service period of validity has not been paid before its expiration date provision of a service is arrested for 30 days. During this period domain delegating is cancelled.
One can learn about an expiry date of a service, a domain name at any moment taking Control panel capabilities or by means of Whoisservice, the service expiry date is specified in the field paid-till:
During the specified period (30 days from the moment of delegating removal) service, a domain name is in a non-working condition, but cannot be registered for another user. Only the Manager has the right to prolong service, a domain name within the specified 30 days. After payment working capacity of a domain name will be restored, the domain will be delegated, and service period of validity will be increased for 1 year.
§ 05. Domains deletion from the Register
In case of non-payment.
In case prolongation of a service is not paid by you till its expire date, granting of this service is arrested for a month. Within this month after expiration of validity period, a service is considered to be reserved by you (nobody will get it). During this term you can pay prolongation of action of service, in this case granting of service to you will be continued.
If prolongation of a service is not paid within one month after expiration of validity period, a service is cancelled and can be rendered to any person.
You can learn the date of service cancellation (domain clearing) using Whois service (a field free-date:). On a day when the domain has a got free-date status, domain prolongation is impossible. On this date the domain is deleted from the general base and can be registered further for any Person.
At will of the domain (service) Administrator.
If a service is paid, its removal is made under the official letter of an Administrator. Money resources for the cancelled services is not paid back.

§ 06. Transference of domain administering rights
To transfer domain support a new domain Administrator has to be our client. It is required to fill in the registration form.
After registration it is required to send two official letters:
• on behalf of current Administrator with the request to transfer a domain to a new Administrator.

Text of a letter on behalf of legal entity (.doc);
Text of a letter on behalf of individual entrepreneur (.doc).
Together with the letter documents the confirming rights to the domain (originals or assured at the notary) should be given.
• on behalf of the new Administrator about the consent to accept the domain.

Text of a letter on behalf of legal entity (.doc);
Text of a letter on behalf of individual entrepreneur (.doc).
Domain transference to a new Administrator occurs within 2 (two) working days.
§ 07. Transference of domain service
To transfer domain support to another Registrar is made under the official letter of a domain Administrator.
